Nothing to like in this company they are very selfish people, it is not a employee centric company. Only the cunning and lier employees can sustain in Lava. There is no place for good and genuine employees, if you are hardworking and dedicated employee for your work but don't like to be a part of dirty politics then please don't join this company. Otherwise you will feel regret after joining.

Dislikes

Every thing is very unstructured. No process is defined and followed. Senior management directly interacts with very junior level employees by surpassing the hierarchy. If they do not want to do work in hierarchy then why they keep designations and positions. There is autocracy of the persons who are old employees. There is no valueof potential employees. They don't believe in retention and appraisal as per the employee's performance. Senior management is too much baised....Read More

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
