You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure our smartphone launches are happening on-time. You will also work on customer and market research activities to aid in product definition & development. Additionally, you will work on special projects & MIS deliverables to aid in smartphone business deliverablesKey Deliverables & AccountabilityTime-to-launch of productsTimely customer & market feedbackEnd-to-end & timely closure of special projectsAccuracy of MIS reportsJob Requirements

• Product Operations: End-to-end management of all operational tasks during product development phase such as samples & mockups PO placement, mockup & sample tracking & delivery, ODM contracts, third-party contract & payments, competition handset purchase & reconciliation, and more.
• Research and Insights: Lead both primary and secondary research efforts to aid in product definition & hardware/software closure.
• MIS management: Data collection, collation & analysis. Maintain & timely sharing of critical reports for reviews & projects.
• Special Projects: Oversee and manage the Time-to-Market (TTM) for various special projects to ensure timely delivery and launch.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal and external cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, legal, finance, and others, to facilitate seamless development and launch of smartphone projects.
• Market Intelligence: Gather & support in sourcing and maintaining market intelligence activities.

Ideal Candidate

• Any graduate with decent academic credentials. MBA and(or) B.E./B.Tech. preferable
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills preferable
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and align internal & external cross-functional teams toward a common goal
• Passion for technology and smartphones
• Experience in partner scouting, negotiation & onboarding desirable.
