Two time tea + food + traveling allowance provided by company, Some people are very helpful in staff, salary in time, good bonus & gift

Too much work load, no job security, suddenly they unemployed 11 employees, total harassment, Some people very rude

Work culture is very good. They give salary hike every year. Management is supportive. Lot of new thing to learn from blue star.

There is no career growth. Lack of work life balance.

The job was quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I have learnt how to handle multiple task at a time.
