Laser company is total babu based company here is owner Deepak Goyal,everyday in video conference you'll be face abuse of your maa bahen ,also who lead everything means direct communication to helper operator and there are 4 to 5 cctv camera for one m/c,every single rupees item will come after md approval, all m/c are 20year old buthe need 100% efficiency, zero job security, Salary time not fixed it can take 2-2 months, maintenance support is very poor for production department, zero growth ,if your salary is more than 20000 then you will be on remand , annual bonus time is Durga Pooja ,in this before 3 month period, you will feel pain like any ladies menstrual pain, all managers will put you in face of lasers devil md for slaughtering.
