Worked around 2.5 yrs in laser power talking about the experience- Work culture - worst i have ever seen in any company. Most asynchronous senior management u have to listen whatever rubbish they will tell you. Management- Full of Sycophants, even if u r independently doing your work with full efficiency u have to face wrath of seniors. Company policies- salarywise company is very good along with good package salary is on time but increment is totally upon your licking skills. Health insurance policies are only for managers because employees have no health according to senior management. Job security- well in my case, I was on paternity leave of 7 days and they have terminated me without even informing me, because all happened in lockdown period I came to know this after 2 months that too from a colleague. So u can estimate yourself about the job security. Overall I would say that laser power infra is only for those who wants to be in flight mode if u r thinking of working here for long time u should have multiple skills apart from working skills. Site work is also handled by head office because managers alloted for that sites r sycophants....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammo are supportive and the,compy policies are good appraisals are fair and the give good salary hike every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.on the jib training is not given to new joinees

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
