Salary is on time, you can say before time. HR policy and employee benefits are very good.

Dislikes

If you can sustain in L&T work culture and politics, you can fit in any company. No work life balance(14hrs-24hrs duty). There were lots of expectations about l&t but all flew to the gutter.

Ask any site people before joining. Confirm your take home salary by written from HR. Every year your take home salary got decreased. Rude Managers. No work life balance. 14 hours job. Don't know how it is a greate place to work. Not employee friendly company Employee retention rate is very low.

People are judging by old ratings and current ratings are given based on your last 3 months works during appraisal. There is no power for service department like quality,plant and machinery,safety,MEP. Transfer are mostly forcefully and at distant from you home city/state. Leave is not as per your convenience it's depends on your ISmood but leave is mandatory as per company rule. Working hour is 12 hours by mouth actually it's always more than that and Sunday is working day. You can take leave on other's day but Sunday is mandatory as the Project Manager thought the best productivity comes on Sunday only.
