Company provides one year of initial training which is good to understand different aspects of the work. They give value to quality of work and overall professional development of the employee.

Dislikes

Work life balance is really terrible. 8am to 8pm sometimes it goes till 10pm is really inhuman. They don't respect the individual branch ( Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture etc) and call everyone construction engineer. There is no work satisfaction at all. A lot of internal politics are there which will hinder you to achieve new heights in your professional life.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
