On time salary payment is the best thing in L&T. There is a lot to learn at project sites in L&T. L&T has a huge market value which always adds-on during a job switch.

Dislikes

Gender bias is a regularly appearing biasism observed in the work place. No fixed working hours at project sites. All saturdays are working at sites. Even on Sundays, if required.

Work Details

Currently posted as a Project Architect and looking after finishing coordination, design/ drawing coordination, preparation of BOQ specification, material inventory, agency finalization and providing operational support to site team on a regular basis.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
