I am feel very proud of employee in L&Ties, I love the role that I am a part of a team in Supply Group Management of high quality products, and studied lots of market analyses of materials properties & Costing & handling logistics., And plus point of my colleagues to supporting in various cultural backgrounds and we are work happily in collaboration. also like culture of employee policy.

Dislikes

I don't have any dislike towards the company but i feel that the growth is slow. Also the value of my uniqueness and strengths is not properly identify so i have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

I am in Supply group management, its very challenging to get materials from markets to take right quality of right price and right time to fulfil for satisfaction to our production teams.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
