The encouragement and support from Managers in my Business Unit in LTIMindtree is very good. LTIMindtree is a very supportive workplace environment.

Dislikes

No major dislikes. Company is very good. But however, it would be better if the yearly increments are given a little higher.

Personally speaking, I got to work on different tech stack, so the experience of learning/developing the skillset was decent enough. Apart from that, I was handed a promotion within 2 years, so the appraisals are also good as of now. Cab service is a plus point for certain shifts (the one that I work in)

Dislikes

The management of resources within a project especially if you are a good one (no offense to anyone) is messed up, the work load is humongous. And they try to pull you into other client accounts without any proper compensations, and grind out your hours/efforts. Food at office premise definitely needs to improve

One of my worst decisions ever to join this. Its been 1 month i have joined and i am so badly harassed and tortured every day by the team. After complaining to hr the hr here is the most biased. All the team and hr team has ganged up and now harrasing altogether. Being on bench is worst then being a criminal in lti. HR tries to prove the problems which i am facing is due to my personal problems and the actual problems which i am facing are not even discussed.. i am being told this is one of the best BU but it is actually the worst. They treat you as slave. 2 days wfo policy is there but told that you have to come 3 days ti office and if you dont come your leave will be cut. When discussed this with hr the hr changes the topic. The politics here is stronger then our governments politics. Being new in this organization makes people think that we own her. They have no respect and care. Have decent number of projects. Opening multiple new offices globally. Good work-life balance in some projects including mine

Low to average salary hikes. Policy changes on Paid holidays, variable pay etc are deteriorating after LTI and Mindtree merger. Management people in some projects don’t implement company level policies on project related travel benefits. Project learning is very low in some projects

This is best example of being worst company in Indian IT consulting sector. It has no culture,no process no organisational mechanism. Just bunch of few jokers running the organisation inspired by cynical SN Subrahmanyan who wants all employees to work 24*7 on salary similar to peanuts

Talent Acquisition team plays with candidate career, they take interview for one role and place candidate in a lower role everytime. HR do not response properly as well. Managers are not co-operative. No human emotions in LTI management. People are not getting leaves if they are unwell. L&T and LTIMindtree is totally different in terms of their work culture and employee job security. Don't go just for the sake of L&T. They only say we are doing hybrid mode but the people are not getting even one of WFH even they are sick. For me they took interview for Billing Supervisor and provided role for Sr. Billing Analyst by saying they don't have Supervisor role at the last moment and ask to leave if you can't continue. They don't provide hike as well to any employee HR only say they will provide but at last moment they ditch the employees. They mostly target employees who have career gap or who are serving notice period because those people will join at their terms they will not wait people to serve notice period and put them on hold....Read More

I'm from B.Sc (non B.Tech), they locked 4y Bond & mention Mtech(4y program) sponsor, that is not free they took my salary to pay. And this is mandatory to take else they are not give job. If joined mtech will lately started mtech program and nearly 5y happend until now hike, no promotion. Salary is fixed for 4y. Good learning programs, hybrid work culture with 2 days work from office. Good projects and work.

Dislikes

Mid level management, directors are toxic. They have unrealistic expectations without any understanding of ground level reality or even lack the willingness to understand. They make commitments and then expect you to deliver at any costs. Plus the amount of toxicity when they talk to you is beyond your imagination if you are coming from a company with compassionate managers.

Was good when it was LTI, When mind tree comes to the picture Pathetic No hikes no salary increment and joined for same package as in my previous company. And rules are hectic!
