I believe the onboarding process could be improved. New employees often face challenges such as a lack of coordination, not receiving their joining kit or laptop on time, and insufficient information about their business unit or project. Additionally, it would be beneficial if there were more personal interactions to help new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the team.
