Dislikes

Upper Management of this company has a habit of bulk firing globally without any slow down in their profit margin. First they did it in 2020 and then in 2023. And India and America location are burst affected. This i came to know after i join this company. On top they have burst supporting departments like HR, Admin, IT, PF as most of them in contract and they do no use standard single tool to manage their work and ticket....Read More
