Managers are super boss. Sir mam culture Managers from Wipro are spoiling the work culture. Talking to a manager is one way communication, he only tells you what to do. Some favourite people don't come to office while others are forced for 3 days a week. In Retrospective meeting, your manager will tell you all the negative points and same in one on one. No-one stays here for so long, except 50-60 people who are here for 10+ years. No compoff for Weekend working Pathetic canteen OverCrowded work place. 900 people are forced to sit on 500 capacity. One of the worst work culture. The domain is extremely tough to grasp and a very vast domain. However a very interesting domain. People do not share their knowledge with anyone unless they are your lead or a teammate.

Dislikes

The atmosphere and the attitude of the people. They WILL NOT share knowledge. Everyone wants to transfer work on someone else and no one takes onwership.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
