Dislikes

This company could not develop a stable policy and system for longer duration, specially for Amarkantak site. Lot of improvement required regarding this. Rest of things are very good.

Very good working culture, my work is little bit challenging but interesting. I enjoyed my each job with full responsibility. I always tried to work as a team and also always tried to make good relation with everyone.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
