The work environment here is great. There is no pressure at all or 0 pressure. But it also depends upon your manager and your account in which you are getting deployed. But overall you would love to work here. And yes they provide you the free meal.

Absolutely nothing to like about this company. Awful company culture, absolutely no HR policies because the Noida HR Adeel is a pet dog to the management. The noida admin Ram Dayal has no knowledge about administration, he is just trying to get his money share from different channels like food and cab vendors.
Dirty company politics is at the highest level. You need to be close to Harsh (VP) if you want to survive. Shameless management.

I was hired as a Associate recruiter in the team to semiconductor under lead Dinesh Tiwari. He is a Narcassist, don't know how to behave with girls, he will daily shout on you, humiliate you, even he can destory your mental health. I willl never recommend anybody to work in his team, nor in vineet sharma's semiconductor team. They always torcher young minds and never motivate you.
