There is no job security in this organisation, Initially ppl will be like supported to us, if u need any information, manager will not respond immediately.

Dislikes

Initially during interview it is said that i was selected for technical profile after training. But after onboarding i was made part of recruitment team and same continued during my entire tenure in organization. As i questioned about the same multiple times, i was asked to resign with immediate effect as they don't have any requirement for Technical profiles. I was forced to resign from services without providing proper reason. I don't understand who gave them the right to decide my career and why they didn't stand for what they said during the interview....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
