A confused work environment with no job security the organisation lacks a clear headed leadership, it is only aur vividh due to the sheer efforts by a few people in the marketing team who have been able to building the bubble.

Salary - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The organisation promotes a few employees close to the senior management at the cost of other employees.

Skill development - Poor
Job security - Bad
Promotions - Poor
Company culture - Bad

Work Details

The confused state of affairs didn't allow you to work properly although there was a scope to work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
