Dislikes

The salary structure is not that friendly. The work pressure is very high, I worked 9hours straight in a day as I have to attend to clients vehicles and spent 3hours for my to and flo to work. They can post you to anywhere in Lagos State. The top management do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. The level of appraisals from the top management is unsatisfactory by me.
