Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The compensation offered for the role is quite less. Apart from that, it's a very good place to work, from employees to bosses, you don't feel you're in an office, it's literally a second home. You do get an abundance of opportunities here. I'd say it's a dream place to work except for the pay scale.
