It's culture about providing a holistic training. New joiners are shared the knowledge about the roles/responsibilities and the style of working of all business units and departments of the IC.

Dislikes

The number of working days in a year compared to the number of official holidays in the year is quite unbalanced and can be improved. The leave policies (CL,SL,PL, and COF) can be improved for providing a work-life stability/balance.

L&T Heavy Engineering mandates training module for each working individual every year for growth of the individual self and company itself. The company culture is mainly focused on employees. They have well organized programs to smoothly shift the freshers from college to the corporate world. All working staffs have friendly nature and are always ready to support.

Dislikes

L&T Heavy Engineering has slightly stricter working hours. Employees are motivated not to take unnecessary leaves and they are more work oriented.

It is very good company for any fresher to kick start their career with one of the best organization and to get very good knowledge and experience in core engineering field under the guidance of very helpful and kind colleagues/seniors.

Ther is nothing to dislike about L&T, everyone has it's own prose and cons, its upto your perspective that how to tackle situation.

These is my approx 2months experience as a GET 1)Good and very supportive HR's. 2)Training programs is nicely design, manage and also providing hands-on training to each candidate. 3)Heavy Manufacturing plants are working 24×7 and good supportive staff.

1)Strict Timing. 2)Work life balance is slightly challenging for Bachelors.

L&T is best for fresher as company gives various training on class as well as on job. They have well organized programs to shift the freshers from college to coporate world. All the staff members are good in nature and always ready to help.

Dislikes

As such i didn't find anything to dislike but work life balance for GET could be one thing.
