Average place where diploma engineers get average industry standard salary in starting to till confirmation of employment. They provide enough training to employees (only nuclear departments). Workmanship who's working at base level in shop floor is genuinely good at work and their behaviour compared to other companies HR is coming up with good employee satisfaction initiatives.

Very less promotion and hike is given to nuclear quality department compared to other departments.
