Average place where diploma engineers get average industry standard salary in starting to till confirmation of employment. They provide enough training to employees (only nuclear departments). Workmanship who's working at base level in shop floor is genuinely good at work and their behaviour compared to other companies HR is coming up with good employee satisfaction initiatives.

Dislikes

Work pressure and work culture both are different to office employees and shop floor employees which is not fair. Very less promotion and hike is given to nuclear quality department compared to other departments. Nuclear quality control department is getting detoriated and no good leadership is there people are resigning due to somemanagers/DGMs who are playing very bad politics and genuinely good employees are resigning just because of them. Canteen facility at Gate 1 is worst food anyone deserve company should improve that Diploma engineers are not getting promotions where newly joined GETs are getting opportunities which is not fair everyone should have equal opportunity in same department Transportation provided from city to campus is old and outdated compared to compitative company Company should not hire diploma engineers if they don't want to give them future opportunities just don't ruin there career....Read More

1. Work life balance is not rthere 2. New engineers are being highered at a cost of overloading awailble experienced staff. 3. Company does note care about pain, overload, disturbed work-life balance of awailble experinced employees. If some one raises voice being replaced with new GET/trainee. 4. Pay Scale are not as per company standard 5. Company is gender bias. Female employees are being treated nicely while male employees are highly overloaded. In growth & promotions also, female employees are being favoured. 6. Partiality isn growth of Diploma & degree engineers for similar high capability & performance.
