No work life balance, too much pressure, uneven load distribution of projects, culture of company is still old. Time bounded work, no work from home facility.no flexible timings. No official tea breaks. no hospitality to outside vendors. Salary compensation corresponding to other companies are still less. There are only two things which in my view needs further improvement, 1st one is Salary/Compensation. I feel salary structure of my organization is lower compared to industry standard and 2nd is Appraisal and Promotion process, which is having some loopholes and needs further improvement to make it fairer and system bound.
