Basically all from Company Culture, no job security, no training & development, no processes, no freedom to bring new ideas, fear of talking, no strategy, changing goal post every day, no career growth, no value for senior experienced staff. no leadership by MD only dictatorship. The irony is that even Parent Company based out of Singapore don't interfere on what exactly happening. Also no meaning in the Tagline used by the company "Building with Integrity" where absolutely no integrity is being followed by the top man. Hr policy &Hr response is very good...I got support from hr team. Company also very good. But site management is very worst. Salary credited in time

Vignaraj project head use very bad words. He don't have knowledge about the work Sequence. He just wants work..... If you asking any support like equipment then he will scroll you. Just do your work with out support. Even though he is not ready to released after completing notice period as agreed in appointment time.
