Everyone who works here enjoys their position and the job assigned to them because we're vetted to do exactly what we love to do. L&T Power & Transmission actively encourage and propagate the idea of employee appreciation and engagement. Personally, my favorite aspect is the open communication we have between all employees and the management over the time.

Dislikes

Being adaptive and growth oriented in nature, I rarely find any reason to dislike about my company. still if i have to pick, i would say over working. It shouldn't become the expectation from the employees to work while they are on vacations resulting a difficulty in balancing our work & socio life.

Career Growth is slow because of the stringent policies being followed. Frequent transfers Most of the operations are handled from a central place which doesn't provide opportunity o the employees to operate from other parts of the country.

Mostly the Appriasal for staff is being done in a transparent and professional manner, but in few cases partiality is shown to certain staff by boosting their acheivements intentionally and elevating to next level. Once in 3-4 years, Roles, Responsibility and reporting shall be changed for better oppurtunity to all. Good opportunities for learning and skill development. Multiple training sessions are organized from time to time.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very bad as there are no fixed working hours. Work discussion and tasks go beyond official working hours and time with family is sacrificed. Pay scale with respect to volume of tasks assigned is low and yearly growth is poor as very low increments are done.
