Dislikes

Mostly the Appriasal for staff is being done in a transparent and professional manner, but in few cases partiality is shown to certain staff by boosting their acheivements intentionally and elevating to next level. Once in 3-4 years, Roles, Responsibility and reporting shall be changed for better oppurtunity to all. Job security and some policies for employees are good. Exposure to various departments is also ensured as much as possible through job rotation. Some seniors really encourage and help in learning new things and experimenting ideas. Work environment in most departments is good.

Dislikes

Growth is a little staggered generally unless in exceptional cases. Appraisal system can also be enhanced to be fairer.

Middle management needs improvement. People take liberty to call beyond office hours, off days. Needs improvement in company's processes. Lacking in SAP like ERP. Attendance punch in morning creates unnecessary rush, company must think about flexible hours.
