Only the Brand Name who attract to outsiders of the company.

Dislikes

PLR & Rating system bad, only old employees getting higher rating & Higher reward. No space of new employees. Old employee trying to trap and stuck at mid of sea. Only ball passing and blaming game played. Senior always threating to subordinate by PLR Rating system. I was worked around there years but no promotion and even single penny increment in salary.
