The culture is very bad here..only cunning employees will survive.Rating Sucks...I definitely not recommend L&T Power for new joinees after Graduating from college.There is no future here in Power Industry.The mantra is simple "If you want good PLR & promotion Just sit till midnight & keep pressing Ur mouse and keyboard & Please your boss as much as you can" You will find alot of peoples here and there just talk loudly to show others they are working...it's a vegetable market dudes...Don't go there...Wish all my readers a very best.....Read More

As a Brand L&T, I proud to work but internal culture and favouritism is at peak now days. Work life is good. Living in surat city is good. Bus facility, canteen facility is great. Medical insurance is world class.

Favouritism is at peak. Work is not the criteria to judge the employees. HR is in different world. Some people have monopoly. No job rotation policy.
