Since we are a construction company, we dont have a option for WFH. Eventhough they shut down company for 45 intitial covid days(i.e March 21-2020 - May End 2020). They have not terminated anyone, they backed up everyone. They have given full salary.

Dislikes

Poor management, no pre planning on activities, every managers are loyal to their superiors not to their work. This cause chaos to the work. Poor safety and quality of the job. No repetive orders from the same customers.

The only good thing about the L&T is that your salary gets credited timely by 28 of the month.

Dislikes

The organisation structure is so bad, deficiency of lower-level workers, engineers are working as illiterate supervisors, there is no growth in roles and responsibilities. No proper planning, lacks in digitalisation. Crazy pressure of targets for no reason.
