I think in L&T their is no working culture. If you have ability to work as a donkey then you can survive in L&T.Their is no holiday in Sunday. You have to do full duty normal 12 hours as well as Sunday. If you working hear you can't give to time to your family. Every day normally 14 hours duty sometimes it will increase 18 to 20 hours atleast 2 to 3 days of a week.
