Biased Rating. Management is not ready to hear engineer level cadre employees, they won't even get the respect that GET gets here. Always favoring leads, group managers and their foolishness. Those who work hard won't get respect, although it's a universal thing, L&T has no system to organize this thing. Completely relying on managers biased rating. -Day shift job only though it means 24 hours. -Few lucky people enjoy working from Home office which treat humans as humans. -Second Saturday off at home office -Work timings are little bit flexible. - you get an off day if got ill. - If you are dedicated and hard working, you shall not be harassed by bosses unnecessarily though it can still happen.

In short - company sucks blood out of you. Only mercy it shows that nobody comes with a blood bag after you to collect blood. 1- Absence of any week off when at site. I have experience of working two and half years working at site with seldom weekly off ( May be taken 5 weekly off per year). 2- Long hours of work daily ( 11 hours daily, Sundays 7-8 hours) 3- Pathetic human treatment to people. Dirty containers for sitting people, poor food. ( though I got lucky on these two accounts and had normal office) 4- No time to exercise, read book, travel etc. You have to steal these and that requires cleverness. I believe these should be easy to go for anybody. 5- No time to talk to family, friends etc. 6- Client can rob your honour and company will not standby you. You can get molested by clients for years.
