1. They wont provide resources like required software for executing job. They simply pressurize employees to finish job in excel. No SPI, No PDMS No CAD required nos of licenses be provided. 2. We need to go like beggers to old employees for PDF editor, for PDMS, CAD licenses for project completion. 3. Should come on time but shouldnt leave on time. If we are leaving on time even HOD shameless asks "Arey leaving office so early?". This is the culture in L&T. Zero work life balance. 4. They never care for employees. Even at the time of COVID first wave in 3 months itself they have called all employees to office. Even though few colleagues passed away because of COVID they never stopped calling off.
