Dislikes

There are lots of politics in IT department of LTEH. IT head in KC is non IT person so we cannot expect from him to understand who is doing real hard work. Some employees are just buttering up the manager to get good appraisal. If you have a good talent to “butter someone up” and love to play politics, then you can join LTEH KC Vadodara.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
