Working in l&t is good, work culture and management involvement in project are good. Working time is little bit more because of construction work culture. Team work is good and support from colleagues, company policies and appraisal are fair, salary hike and bonus are average

Working culture and social life may affect due to working time is little bit more.

No job security 100%. Company not giving onrole joining.its only fix term contract.
