Role assign after Joining Is not good due to during The interview They Discuss about different job role and after joining they Give Different job role and Level of Crader is not getting match as per my job Experience I had 5 years of industrial automation experience and they give me S1 Crader which is lowest.

Job security and learning. One of the best thing about L&T. Some benefits also good but for some senior tiers.

Dislikes

Obsolete policies, work culture, no stability in work location, semi govt type (either completely idle sitting or fully overload) Poor appraisals. I was top performer with rating (7 out of 8) still got 3% hike. Some Managers are heartless.

* Due to Long working hours (12-13hrs) ,it is difficult to nurture your health, fitness and your mental growth. *Difficult to attain work life balance. *I had poor experience regarding working schedule that sometimes you have have to work also on National holiday due to site progress work pressure and for that you didn't get any Overtime or any compensatory off and one another thing is that you have to work on Sunday also on Roaster basis and for that you didn't receive any OT and on that day you didn't get any attendance on the company attendance portal it shows weekly off. * Due to hectic work life , you can't even plan for a trip . * Poor Work management on Project Site and in your appraisal time lots of politics happening....Read More
