Leave Policy.if the senior wishes,he will make him work for 30 days in a month's.There is no Hr Policy.secondly even if you are eligible for prmotion,if your senior does not wants it then will not get promotion,and if your senior wants it but is not eligible then he will also get promotion.There is no Hr Policy at all.

Seniors are cruel and no work culture here, no family life, everything spoiled, seniors are like they are from some other planets, in entire industry have not seen such un human seniors, I don't know how they survive with there own family. We are in 5g world n in ltfs seniors are mentally challenged.

Am talking about L&T Finance's Microfinance business in Kerala. You have to work everyday including public holidays and sundays. Working hours in a day is more than 12. Work starts at 6:30 AM and, ends Minimum after 9 PM. Even after you close your work at 9 PM, still you have to attend review calls, and google meets. You have to report and work even if you are leave. Work pressure is too heavy and really bad fir health. You will not get any family/ Personal time. Absolutely no job security, management is always threatening employees. Most of the benefits and promotions are giving on the basis of personal interests. No support from top management, especially from regional manager and above designations. To save their job, they always put blame on Territory managers and branch managers infront of HO. Even with worst performance, no regional manager or above designations not punished since the 2019. But during this period so many branch managers and territory managers left/forcefully removed by these RMs and above designated people to save their job. If you complaints, you will be their next target. Mandatory yearly bonus is a part of your salary. Actually its not given. Always cutting your incentives....Read More

Every month in all BKTs due to huge pressure (100%), each and every field office goes for funding and recovers in next month. Not a single support from seniors. Very bad culture in 🚜 collection . Rest of all products are good.

I only like it because I started my career with company. That time the management was really very good and supportive. Incentive slab was amazing.

The management and the managerial level has been degraded day by day. They don't know how they should work. They have no manners of talking to their employees who work under them always abusive language either verbally or written in messages. Even they abuse their customers which is a very ridiculous and toxic thing. The working culture has been continuously declining and getting bad. No supports by the seniors management in the field. Literally only 5 WFH days across a year! Daily office presence is mandatory with mandatory 9 hours to be served (tracked through app and GPS so can't avoid) Lot of power in hands of reporting manager wrt leaves, regularisation of hours, etc. leave little room for autonomy.
