L&T Finance are making self policy for the employees, Yes , they are making intentionally or personal label policies. Which are not coming in govt low

Work culture was amazing at the starting but it was getting worse as time passed.

Salary - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

There is no job security even if you are permanent there is no guarantee there is a hire and fire rule.

Was good only for 1 year another year was getting worse and worse. 5 days working
