I liked the sanction process which was from the app and mobile. Where customer were very happy to see there sanction letter with in half an hour in there Gmail inbox. And good salary

After joining into the organisation I got to know the worst culture. As I was in builder segment and no one is bothering to give some builder for sourcing of business. When I get my on sourcing business to the credit ppl will not sanction or they will take 20 days for sanction the case. And I worked for 5 & half months till now my reporting manager ( Mithun SA) has not supported for my relieving letter. And HR didn't called reason for leaving l&t When we call to HR for reliving letter they will tell call to my reporting mgr. And RSM speak volgur language and harassment towards the employee. And due to my relieving letter problem till now I am facing difficulty to get job. If I suicide for not getting job I will blame L&T organisation and my reporting managers , will write a letter to commissioner/ human rights before I suicide....Read More

The one thing I would say is nice about this place is that it provides equal opportunity to everyone, no matter if they are freshers. A lot of learning opportunities are there and they can get hands on experience at a young stage in career as well.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. They have unrealistic expectations. Sometimes, they will call you at 10 PM at night after you have worked all day and ask you to complete a task at that time only. You will never get a day off, not even Sundays. Weekends are off only on paper. They expect you to work 24/7 and provide very less pay for the work they make you do.

Everything. Management is blind and want only people who are obeying in mature. Work hours are insane. No weekend holidays. Your Manager will call you even on midnight and treat you like a slave. They even threaten people with taking away the job.

Terrible. Zero personal time. No employee in L&T is married and if married are unhappy or divorced. They don’t value relationships.
