Dislikes

Cons No work life balance (even Saturday's or after work time aren't off), moderate salaries (no value for money), HR are not very helpful, etc. Advice to Management I think the bad culture comes from the CEO. Aggressive company doesn't mean to affect the work life balance of employees, it needs to operate in a organized way.
