There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary and incentives are well good. But too much of pressure because am working as FCO which means OD collection but our RCM told to collect the account like regular collection..

Literally only 5 WFH days across a year! Daily office presence is mandatory with mandatory 9 hours to be served (tracked through app and GPS so can't avoid) Lot of power in hands of reporting manager wrt leaves, regularisation of hours, etc. leave little room for autonomy.
