Nice working environment, appraisal based on your performance, great learning opportunities for the person who wants to learn the core of construction, training programs are there, good teammates.

Dislikes

Work life balance is poor as you don't get the time for personal life, pressure is always there you can't relax, politics is there you should get a nice boss, transfers can happen anytime as per other projects needs.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
