Growth is great, Good early responsibility, professionals

Dislikes

Working 15-16hrs a day for whole year except during National Holidays. Remote places one could ever imagine ( could literally see wild animals roaming near site)

Work Details

Terrible, i would never recommend any one to take project jobs in L&T., But this is the best Company if one is interested in Construction. For diploma holders who have lived their lives in rural areas this is better.

Work-life Balance couldn't be done, employee welfare is terrible. Everyone will work without complaining because of personal problems and economical problems. But young employees are leaving company because of treatment here is like that.
