According to me, 1. You can explore your skill in all field. 2. Company facilities for bachelors or family employees is good.

Dislikes

1.lack of politics. Every boss support to his local belonging employee and who are oiling him. 2. Appraisal time, They are not judging every body on the basis of Work which employs has completed or done. These all are fixing. 3. If you selected for construction ,heavy civil ,ECC Divi. And you belong to electrical baground, Don't go for it really worthless. You have to work in all field like Mech ,elect , store & admin related work also.even After these all activities, they won't consider you as top performer or excellent. 4.if you got need to improvement in appraisal paper , then no chance to again reach your position. 5. You can't spend Your valuable time with your family. Your boss always push you to work hard to achieve targets. So you have been pushed to get 14-15 hous in a day instead of 12 hours.
