If you want money and have no issue with family you can definately go for it. But you cant manage family issue while in work. Job culture depends on your luck where have you been posted and in which department. In some projects and departments like Planning, you will be the king of world and in P&M and Crusher department you have to suffer a lot.

Dislikes

Job culture is oriented towards civil team mostly. If you are in Civil team's support like P&M you may get promoted. But if are in Productions Like QMC your life will be very stressful.

It was frustrating. You have to fight for your promotion, learning, leaves and job life balance. Only good thing is salary.
