Yes I like working at Larsen and toubro, working culture and planning is good, if we know the Larsen and toubro working systems then we are everywhere sustend. Thanks to Larsen give this opportunity

Dislikes

There are HR management is too poor. I am join in FTC Larsen and toubro last 2015 may 11th still I didn't have any promotion, conformation latter and salary Increment.HR's should not be respond our mail regarding this subject. L&T management should be lookout HR systems.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
