The Company provides a lot of training programmes to sharpen the skills of employees.

Too much company politics. completely non transparent reward and reccommendations/ Ratings. People working from Head quarters get higher rating as compared to people working at site level. Some people get a lot of exposure by management and others are cornered. A lot of banging, abusive languages from bosses. I have almost lost mymental peace.
