Its a dream to work with L&T because it is a esteemed organization which provide a great platform to learn and develop our skills. Working as a information system assistance since 2.5 years I got great opportunities and environment to develop myself.

Here is growth very slow and feel unsecured about my job because I am a token holder employee and I feel here is very low chance to become a permanent employee and it was always my dream to work with L&T as a permanent employee.

the only thing which irritate people is working for 14 to 16 hours nd sunday too...the reason is tht we work on time-based projects nd we need our commitments to get fulfilled on time...but m adaptable and as a result i dnt hv any problem working, other than this everything is good

its never the same.... sometimes its very hectic,but the other day its kind of free nd sometime its boring like any other job...so its kinda of fluctuating which I like alot

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes , l have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. I have take holiday once in 15 days. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength . There is no job security.
