No doubt job security is excellent in L&T, work culture is good. L&T will give full support and freedom to do innovative things. Very good organization for youth to prove them selves

Our work is in projected based office so that Project Manager domination is always there so need to focus on this to improve the friendly environment and need to control internal politics. Some junior engineers and foreman's working around 16 hours a day this is horrible and need to focus on work life balance.

Job security is 100% sure. Respect and treatment towards employees completely meeting above the expectation and i love this company mainly for this. I am really proud of saying that am part of this company. In terms of policies and packages, little more transparency expected

Compensation is not at par with other industries but decent. Work-life balance it depends upon the nature of the work which the employee handles. But generally, the company is flexible in terms of carrying out the work. One thing which is demotivating the senior employees is hiring new people with higher package.

For bachelor, this platform is too good, For family, you need to think about, No timing, always pressure on the work You need to say always as "Yes", if not then !!!! For learning and trying for Innovative thinks, L&T is great For job security, if we perform well then we will be always in first row for next projects
