There are two types of recruitment followed now in LnT one is confirmation basis other is contract basis. I am working clon contract basis, if you get confirmation you will get some good pay and incentives etc.

Dislikes

No leave for Site engineers in project they even Force us to work on sundays. I am recruited in contract basis management deny giving promotion/salary hike stating I am on contract basis will get benefits only after confirmation. HR do don't give proper reply regarding confirmation of job. No change in work culture for Confirm staff or contract staff.
