Quality and systems are followed there is nice and attractive....you can have a freedom as an Engineer ...

Dislikes

Some managers are too much oil lover....so if you are doing less and applying oil more then you can step up...with them other wise not every one does the same....after all everyone needs what they deserve..

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
