Company is completely on working base. You didnot get enough amount of time to spend with your family. In this organisation you will get the opportunity to deal with latest technology. Overall experience of work with L&T is superb.

There is no working distribution between the juniors and senoirs

Working in L&T is challenging as we have to do work at any condition whether it is related to atmosphere ,seniors pressure. Working at Site is tough.
